No it is not the correct colour.  What is close to the correct colour is the pullet in picture 6.  They are still true EO's no matter what colour they are and they have the personality to prove it :thumbs:

I'm glad that if the colours were unpredictable, at least the temperament bred true! Your birds are from my two friendliest pullets (I could tell who their mums were based on their positions on your shoes!!). ;)


When all else fails, go spend time with your chickens. :)

Pens are currently filled with Red Cuckoo (Marraduna) and Red Basque (Gorria) breeders, Spitz, and Seramas.

Lisa I have found even from my first two hatches of EO's they love shoes and laces and painted toe nails too :shock:.   I think they have a foot fetish LOL  Yesterday they were even tugging on the bottom of my capri's.
