Time to play WHAT'S MY GENDER?! Episode 1

Okay, armchair judges, it's time once again for that crowd pleasing favorite, :applause: :applause: :applause: What's My Gender?!  :applause: :applause: :applause:

It's my distinct pleasure to offer up to you the Cub Creek Forge EOs, for your call, roo or pullet.

Feel free to add comments on leg color and feathering if you feel motivated to do so!

The first contestant today is Brown, aka 'Cinnamon' the most friendly of the hatch. Comes when called, loves arm rides.

I agree with Susan.  black has nice red baring.  brown could possibly turn to willow colored legs but not sure.

Herd of Brown Swiss, a few sheep, red cuckoo basque, Silverspangled Appenzeller Spitzhauben, ameraucanas(EE), Welsummer, broodie silkies and a few more heritage hens

Brown's legs are definitely a different shade than everybody else - kind of a greenish hue... I wondered if that's why she works so hard to be endearing!

Blue 5 has it too, but not as dark as Brown's.  It's been interesting to watch it develop over the past two weeks.

Agree too! I like this game.... =D

When all else fails, go spend time with your chickens. :)

Pens are currently filled with Red Cuckoo (Marraduna) and Red Basque (Gorria) breeders, Spitz, and Seramas.

Wow, Claire! You're good! Thanks for catching that - they got sequence scrambled in Picasa.
It's amazing how much this has already helped me.

There were three more threads - I broke them up to keep them from being too pic heavy -

Everybody's guesses were charted in the last post, Blue pink red and black were the boys, all the rest were pullets, one pullet fell to a hawk since then...
