A very early candling ....

Hubby did a farm pick up of 15 eggs from Briarwood and 14 are fertile at day 6 with 1 pending

17 of 24 eggs (frf), are fertile at day 6 with 7 pending (not 16 like I told you)

24 of 36 eggs (Micah) are fertile at day 4 with 12 pending

This is a very early candling ( I am pretty good at it  ) The pending eggs are darker and more mottled and I just can't tell yet. I am thrilled so far on all accounts. I didn't think I would get any good news with Micah's as they went missing for a few extra days. Please send good hatching vibes my way :happycrowd"

Re: A very early candling ....

Update :jumping:

15/15 fertile eggs from Briarwood (farm pick up) & 20/24 fertile from frf (shipped), what great fertility and for shipped eggs all the way across the country I am shocked, that is simply amazing! I am having a little trouble candling Micah's eggs and I believe that many are developing bacteria rings no doubt because of the delayed and I suspect rough shipping issues they encountered, having said that there still appears to be 21 growing embryos =D
