Some of my birds

I thought I would post some new pictures while I had coffee this morning.

Here's some of the chicks I hatched from Flat Rock Farm.

2 of the 5 week old boys - there were several grayish chicks, male and female.

Re: Some of my birds

Great pictures Shnookie!!! :jumping:

I am sorry for all the grey's but now I know which Daddy is throwing them, he's gone.  I love the little cockerel in the 2nd picture, looks like he has some potential.

The grey hens are very pretty matured, Lindy Lou has an older "Lady Grey" she is huge and sooo pretty.  I am sure you will have no trouble selling them for layers.

The speckled are so beautiful!!!!

Thanks for posting!!!

Re: Some of my birds

Thanks yardbirds.  I have decided to keep the reddish one, but there are still two gray ones for sale.  I am holding them until August 30 for someone.  If that deal falls through, I can let you know.

Re: Some of my birds

I know what you are saying Paula.  The person doesn't live near here. Since they are girl chicks I thought I could still sell them if she doesn't take them after all.   Maybe I should be selling them as quads - 3 boys and 1 girl.  What do you think? :funny:

Re: Some of my birds

I see a couple of roos in the background, I'd love to have. Anyone know how to import to the US?

Re: Some of my birds

The white ones are pretty.  They have a bit of light gold barring on their necks, and on their backs.
