Spring makes us happy!

It has been a tough winter and ended with a bang but hopefully this lovely sunshine is going to make us all feel better.  Here is a picture I took yesterday of some of the chickens from last year's hatch (rooster X old PQ hens).  They are all in their own coop now and production has started. 

A very attentive father, two aunties waiting their turn, and grandma PQ hen observing the lot of them.
