Hey Glenda!

This is what we have used for the last few winters at my place. Works fine - can use either a lamp fixture or a sautering iron if you find one on sale....


When all else fails, go spend time with your chickens. :)

Pens are currently filled with Red Cuckoo (Marraduna) and Red Basque (Gorria) breeders, Spitz, and Seramas.

Now those are neat.  I am going to make some for the winter as the store bought water heaters are like $35.00 each I could make 3 for that price or less.  Thanks gmb for the link :thumbs:  I agree  Glenda she has a great site!!
