Background info

I bought my EO chicks this summer from a lady in Lindsay, Ontario.  She said she bought her original ones from a person in/near Owen Sound.  Does anyone know who this might be?  Just curious.

Re: Background info

Clare, I'd love to know more about their background.  I like to keep track of genetics!  Always fun.

Re: Background info

Well, I have a little document where I posted pics of nearly all the birds we bred from 2008 with a rough family tree, and a little about their characteristics.   2 of the original 3 are still going strong.

I can't attache it here but there is a pdf file on the EO blog here
http://www.euskaloiloas.com/1/post/2011 … ckens.html

and more in the article here with an introduction about when, where, how we got the first ones
http://www.squidoo.com/euskal-oiloas-or … cken-breed

I am dying to know who you got them from in Lindsay!  I work there every so often and have brought BLRW and other breeds hatching eggs but don't remember ever selling any EO eggs or chicks there!

Re: Background info

No problem, I realized last winter if I wrote it all out, it would save me repeating it!  :jumping: I am such a slow typer!
