The Cluck and Quack club had a show over the weekend in MB
It was alot of fun showing
I did not enter any EO's but there was a Cockerel and two Pullets entered
They were from the Guy in southern MB cant remember his name his son is the poultry person

Re: Manitoba show over the weekend

Glad you had a good time Joe!
How did the the judging of the EOs go? I am considering entering some in future shows but I'm not sure if the judge will know what to do with them.

Re: Manitoba show over the weekend

he judge seemed to like them and had no bad remarks about them from what I heard
Did here him say if people are going to want these Recognized they relly need to start showing more of them and get the exhibitor count up of them also

Re: Manitoba show over the weekend

Interesting. Perhaps I will have to take the plung and show some EOs. I'm just not happy enough with the traits of any two birds quite yet so have been holding off. But I do believe the feedback from a good judge would have a lot of value.

Re: Manitoba show over the weekend

PG you really should show them
all I will say is if you show the Marraduna Make sure to show what you are saying they should be in the Standard that you are wanting to be in the APA when they become recognized
You could also show the Gorria so the Judges would see 2 different variety
