I'm worried about my laying hens...

The laying coop and pen is close to the garden and I've been tossing all kinds of veggie refuse in there for the girls... they especially like  tomatoes, and I've had a bunch of bad ones this year. But I'm worried I may be giving them too much, because their eggs are getting weird.

DH wanted to know why I was laughing so hard - I showed him. "You've got some wierd friends" was his response. I figure it takes someone pretty sophisticated to get chicken humour!!! =D

I just wanna know what the chicks would look like.....

When all else fails, go spend time with your chickens. :)

Pens are currently filled with Red Cuckoo (Marraduna) and Red Basque (Gorria) breeders, Spitz, and Seramas.
