Gorrias from Susan

Just for you Susan =D These are the 3 Gorria girls Debbie and I ended up with, I think they are beautiful and plan to keep the nicest pullets and cockerel for breeding (if you think they are worthy). I will post pictures of the cockerels too but wanted to get these on here for opinions.

Re: Gorrias from Susan

wow they are wonderful. I can't believe they came from Marraduna looking parents or at least their parents did.
Do you notice a difference in personality?

Re: Gorrias from Susan

Thanks for the pics Monika!! That third roo looks like the best I've seen. Number 2 looks like his dad and is nice too. The girls have too much black in them and I don't think I would use hen number one, but it might be interesting to see what two and three throw with roo 3! Who knows? With a bit of work, you may get closer with each generation. Ideally, they look like a new hamp. Red body without barring and black points on neck and tail.

That is one of the Gorria boys  he looks a lot blacker in the picture, I think!!! Now I have to go out there and have another look, better take another :pics: of him. NP I have not noticed a difference in their personalities yet. I don't spend much time interacting with the boys, you know :eat:

He is the same lad at the feeder in the last picture.
