"Hurry up and Wait" has started! LOL

I just wanted to let you know that 18 EO eggs of 20 went into "lockdown" on Thursday... day 17.

Today is day 19, and I'm eagerly hovering over the 'bator, looking for pips! :nervous: I have a cardboard divider down the center to separate the EOs from the "Nashoba Barnyard mixes" sharing the unit.  That way I can still keep more accurate records on who was born, color, from whom.... and so on.  I have my teensy leg bands ready.

When the 1st (and 2nd, 3rd, 4th, ......) pips, you will be the 1st to know!

I'm on my way out to help finish a turkey pen and duck area, to free up a couple brooders to place (yes, you heard right) on my bedside!  Pupp is going camping w/o me since I'm slave to the poultry right now.

My best!

Talk to you VERY soon, I hope!

:thanks: with all my heart! I must admit that staring through a picture window Hova-bator feels REALLY like. :cozy:
I get to do it again in 15 more days for a small clutch of True Araucana eggs... Mom a black/gold duckwing pattern and sire being BBR.  Very exciting, but NOT at all like this.

:thanks: again!! You really DO feel like my family Of choice!

More to follow!

Its early on day 20... not a peep or peep yet.
I know that can change fast, though!
