BACON!!!

Fried up some green bacon from my home grown pigs this morning...


Oh my!!! Words escape me! =D


Just slipped the eight hocks and other 9lbs into the smoker. I wasn't sure whether to do that or not, it's already divine! Seems like gilding the lily.

No water in the pan, no shrinkage, just wow...
A half pound of home cure will go farther on the plate than a pound of store bought - even more value!!! :jumping:
