1 Euskal Oiloa hen for sale 10 month old.  She's the smallest hen in my breeding pen and I'm getting more eggs then I can hatch.  She currently has a bald back. The picture was from the fall.

Herd of Brown Swiss, a few sheep, red cuckoo basque, Silverspangled Appenzeller Spitzhauben, ameraucanas(EE), Welsummer, broodie silkies and a few more heritage hens

Re: EO hen for sale - SOLD

Hi Gubi,
Will you by any chance be going to MtForest on April 29th or the brekkies on April 15th at The Spot in MT Forest?

Re: EO hen for sale - SOLD

Sold thanks Lindy Lou and good luck with her. I hope you collect her eggs for the next two weeks to hatch from her.  She has been with the big rooster in my Avatar.  He does have white legs so you should get 50% chicks with yellow legs and 50% chicks with white legs.

Debbie I had my wife made a couple of skirts as we call them but the hens didn't like them too much.  What I really need to do is separate my roosters out for the winter which should help them a lot.  I had 15 roosters with about 50 hens this winter.  With my new coop I will have them secure enough I think so I don't need to have the roosters in with them to guard them from hawks.  I had hawks fly back and forth inside my old bankbarn where my chickens live right now on many occasions.

Re: EO hen for sale - SOLD

The Pullet has settled in with the rest of the girls just fine. She has been named April even though I got her from you in March. She's seems to fit in with the other EO's, Christina, Specks, Lucy and Lady Jane like they have always been a group. So Thanks very Much Stefan and I hope to see you at the Breakfast on the 15th.
