Re: Egg recipes

mmm I love french toast, though growing up in the UK we called it Gypsy toast!  It is a great way to use up stale baguettes if you didn't eat it all the day you bought it.  I  like mine with salt and pepper, but syrup is Ok too.

Re: Egg recipes

I love a nice poached egg on a salad.  Yesterday I made the pizza with a few eggs on it http://www.livestrong.com/slideshow/554 … =1#slide-1
Today I haven't decided which recipe but maybe the Frittata.  They all look so good!

Re: Egg recipes

Our kids loved Eggy Bread especially when they were feeling sickly or down....make a cheese sandwich ( no butter on the inside), dip both sides in beaten egg and fry in a little butter. Also known as Cheese Dreams.

I like it with thinly sliced onion in too, and or ham....dip in ketchup...yummy
