chicks new digs

The older chicks hatched this fall were moved to new digs yesterday.

peafowl many colours, India blue, Silver pied, Black shoulder, Midnight black shoulder, Cameo, Buford bronze, Pieds, Whites, Purple pieds, Javas and others, Black copper marans, Wheaten marans, Blue cochins, Euskal Oiloa,  Americanas, BLRW, Jersey Giants, Silkies , Naked neck silkies, Ridley bronze Bourbon red, Guineas,  Eclectus, parrotlets, Bare Eyed Cockatoos Macaws.

feeder was Cliff's invention, , the chicks seem very happy in the new digs, lots bigger and more bedding

There new digs is a shipping create 4 x 10.There is 66 chicks in that 1.I have 4 more creates coming all 4 x 10 for more chicks.

Great idea!  I guess they will soon full them up!  It amazes me how one day you'll be fondly looking at them in their once spacious houses thinking, OMG I have to get them somewhere bigger!

That's were a 10 x 20 ft portable garage comes in handy.Set up inside the shop if need be.

I am seriously tempted to see if we can get the Gorrias going again from Susan eggs. They are every bit as sweet as the Maradunnas.  I wish I had kept mine but thought the blue legs were insurmountable way back then.

Claire, I'm going to separate the Gorria roo and hen that I have. They are still young, so it may be a month or 2, but I can't resist trying!  Shame not to....  :)

Aw thanks Susan your great I would appreciate having another line of EO, more to :love:  I am serious thinking of doing as other have done here and selling some of my other breeds to concentrate more on EO's :whistle:
