***News Flash***

this just in -

The reason this winter has been so tough? PG built that awesome nice barn and shut out all that nasty cold and now we are bearing the brunt of it... :chairhide:

:snowman: :excited: :snowman:

We are getting a corker this morning!

Re: ***News Flash***

Oh so it IS PG's fault!! :stomp: :funny:

Are you getting snow MD??  I knew something was going to the south of the lakes.  I think it's part of the same system of storms that my sister out in CA just went through.   She had heavy rain and all along the coast was mud slides and flooding.  Well we have no snow and it's a beautiful sunny day but it is very cold -15C for the high and -30C for tonight.  I really am sick of this winter

Re: ***News Flash***

I don't know how PG and Susan can take it.  I just about can't stand it when it gets down to -26C - -30C then to factor in wind chill.  I think I'd be moving, it's bad enough here.

Oh well stay warm everyone Spring is just around the corner :wise: ........I hope!! :please:

Re: ***News Flash***

We have a plus 2 C forcast for tomorrow.  I think there is finally light at the end of the tunnel!  My heifers were thinking of jumping a 6 foot cement wall today because it is only about 1-2 feet now with all the snow piling up along it!

Re: ***News Flash***

I think this may be the last cold morning . -27C right now but it's supposed to warm up to -5C today and then slowly creep up to above freezing over the next few days.

It's funny as you do sort of get used to the cold. Last Sunday the sun was nice and bright but it was still -19C and I was out in just a bunny hug (that's a hoodie for all of you not born and raised in Saskatchewan ;)) and a toque, no coat no gloves and i wasn't even cold!

But I can get used to warmer weather pretty quick :)
