New chickies!

Well last night was lockdown for my EO eggs. Saw a few pip holes around 7pm and around 10:20 two of them were chipping their way out. The first two were born around 11:30pm tonight! Didn't think they'd be that quick haha.:hatch:
:EO:
Off to bed and will have to see what greets me in the morning!

Re: New chickies!

So the final count is 16 babies! :chickout:
Woke up to 6 this morning and while I was out this afternoon the others made their appearance. Would have had 17 but one poked its way all the way through and then just quit. Opened it up tonight and found it had a squishy belly. (Not sure what that means but I;m guessing thats why it quit)
Either way, I'm still very happy to have 16 perfect little fluff balls! I'll get some pictures of them in the morning but I'll assure you they're all absolutely perfect!

Re: New chickies!

Yes they are! They are sooo adorable! The kids and I are just in love with them. My hubby thinks they're "alright" which means he secretly likes them but doesn't show it haha :funny:

Just realized that the babies were born on cinco de mayo.. I know its a Mexiacan/American holiday and Spain is no where near Mexico but anyway.. Thought it was a bit funny lol
