Look at that grass  Oh, and nice EOs too there MD.

Despite the three feet plus of snow I have started to collect EO hatching eggs...I can hardly wait!

I felt guilty, yardbirds - you've been carrying the load for several weeks now! :wine:

Think I'm going to go to roost now. :hi:

Re: The January 8th Crew

So cute! Love that scruffy down/feather stage. I have a brooder with some the same age but it's been way too cold to take them outside. They lost their heat lamp the other day and you would have thought I put them out in the snow.. They're mostly feathered but not quite, especially the two biggest easter egger cockerels. Tree trunk legs on those boys. :eat:

I'm so jealous yours can be outside!

Re: The January 8th Crew

It's too cold here too! We were just on the way to the new brooder outside and I set them down for a photo op....

You can see it in their expressions - "UM... What?!    I'm COLD! "  :funny:

It took all of about three minutes with a helper, I didn't want them getting chilled.

I love watching them experience something new. They're so transparent! :funny:

We got more snow last night. Come on Spring!
