New chicks... To me

Thanks to CR and MD's breeding flock I am the proud mother of 3 yellow legged EO pullets. One Marraduna, one deerish, and one Millie. They are super sweet. Photos soon.

Re: New chicks... To me

here are my new girls. they have been spending a lot of time in the coop, but I don't think they are getting picked on too much.

Re: New chicks... To me

Wow! I know I'm partial, but they look really nice!

So- does Dottie have yellow legs to go with that yellow beak and eyelids? Cause I'm thinking she's one of the LBH's - who has white legs...

I'm also thinking she'll lose the white spangles and go rich red brown at POL...

The girl on the right is definitely Cinnamon's...

Yes, they all have yellow legs! They all are beautiful.

What is LBH?

Re: New chicks... To me

I'm glad you guys like her name. They are doing great. Dottie got a little too close to the babies today and Annie let her know with a swift peck to the head. No damage done. She was after the chick start. She got her own bowl to enjoy.

Re: New chicks... To me

Lovely girls!

When all else fails, go spend time with your chickens. :)

Pens are currently filled with Red Cuckoo (Marraduna) and Red Basque (Gorria) breeders, Spitz, and Seramas.
